Our apparel runs true to size for most styles. Compression pieces (leggings, shorts) are designed to have a snug, supportive fit — if you're between sizes, size up for comfort. Tops run slightly generous for a relaxed athletic fit. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Sale items are final sale. Initiate a return by contacting our team with your order number.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Use a gentle detergent — avoid fabric softeners and bleach, which break down stretch fibers. Air dry or tumble dry on low. Never iron compression pieces.

Our fabrics use solution-dyed fibers that resist fading significantly better than surface-printed alternatives. Washing inside-out and avoiding high heat preserves color longest. With proper care, expect excellent color retention through 100+ washes.
